The training course on the operation and maintenance technology of reciprocating compressors of Shenyang Pump & Gear Company was successfully concluded in 2025.

The Reciprocating Machinery Company of Shenyang Turbine Group and the Shenyang Gas Compressor Research Institute jointly held the "Leshu Reciprocating Compressor Operation and Maintenance Technology Training Course" in Shenyang from June 30th to July 4th, 2025. They invited several experienced experts to provide professional systems of technical training and guidance to on-site maintenance and repair managers, equipment operation technicians, and operators of reciprocating compressor units and spare parts users, addressing issues related to on-site technical upgrades and spare parts replacement and usage. 


The training was planned and organized by the editorial department of "Compressor Technology", and was supported and co-organized by Shenyang Zhenke Instrument Co., Ltd. This course was divided into two main themes: theoretical learning and visiting learning. The visiting content included organizing the trainees to visit the production and testing base of Shenyang Blower Group's Reciprocating Machine Co., Ltd., where the leaders of the company's production department led the visit to the processing area, assembly area, test bench area, and storage area, while explaining the processing, installation, and testing process of the main components of the compressor. At the same time, the trainees were also organized to visit the production and testing area of Shenyang Zhenke Instrument Co., Ltd., where the processing and trial production of the instruments and meters were explained, relevant technical characteristics of the instruments and tests were discussed, and a discussion and exchange meeting was held. 


The participants of this training came from the leadership and key staff of nine units. Through in-depth discussions based on actual accident and failure cases in recent years and problems encountered during the operation of their own compressors in the field, all the participants engaged in a lively and profound exchange. The entire training session was packed with valuable content. The participants were fully concentrated, and the teachers not only answered all the questions raised by the participants and clarified any doubts, but also provided new ideas for the management and operation of the participants on the spot. Many participants from different units expressed that they would summarize the training content and organize further training for their employees after the training to share the experience.
