The national standardization pilot project is a demonstration construction work carried out by the state in specific fields or regions to explore new mechanisms and models for standardization work and to promote successful experiences in standardization. This time, the "Zhiding Industrial Internet Platform" of Shenyang Gear Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was selected as a standardization pilot project, which means that the standardized practices of this platform in technical architecture, data interoperability, service model, and security operation and maintenance will be included in the national standardization system for verification, optimization and promotion, forming a replicable and promotable "Shenyang Gear Sample", providing a "Shenyang Gear Model" for the standardized and high-quality development of industrial internet platforms.
"The Zhiding Industrial Internet Platform" is an innovative achievement of Shenyang Pump Group, which is based on the high-end equipment manufacturing field and deeply integrates new-generation information technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, and artificial intelligence. The platform focuses on the energy chemical and metallurgical power equipment sectors, and has established a service system covering the entire life cycle of equipment design, manufacturing, and operation. After the pilot project is approved, Shenyang Pump will mainly focus on the directions of basic common standards of the platform, application standards of key technologies, industrial service standards, and safety management standards, to carry out systematic standard verification, formulation and application promotion work, and strive to build unified equipment access and data collection standards to achieve the interconnection of multi-source heterogeneous data; establish service process standards based on the platform such as remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, and energy efficiency optimization; and improve the standard system for platform network security and data privacy protection. Through standardization means, the aim is to enhance the platform's compatibility, reliability, security and service efficiency, and reduce the industry application threshold and integration costs.
In recent years, Shenggu Group has actively responded to the call of the "National Standardization Development Outline", and has deeply implemented the "Standardization +" strategy. Not only has it achieved fruitful results in the construction of standards in traditional fields such as product manufacturing, energy efficiency evaluation, and green safety, but it has also led and participated in the formulation of numerous international, national and industry standards.
