Ethical Statement of Compressor Technology

In order to uphold our media mission and adhere to journalistic ethics, this journal has formulated this ethical statement based on the academic publishing norms and definitions of academic misconduct set by the National Press and Publication Administration, as well as relevant laws and regulations. This statement applies to all personnel involved in the publishing process of this journal, including editors, authors, reviewers, and publishing institutions.


1. Uphold the correct orientation and fulfill media responsibilities

This journal always adheres to the correct political direction and public opinion orientation, consciously supports national laws and regulations, scientific and technological policies, and resolutely implements the national strategy for scientific and technological innovation. All published content is centered on disseminating cutting-edge scientific and technological achievements and serving scientific researchers. We strictly avoid disseminating false scientific research information, pseudoscience, extreme views, and content that endangers national security and ethnic unity. We uphold the social responsibility and mission of science and technology media professionals, and contribute to the construction of an ecological environment for scientific and technological innovation.


II. Adhere to professional integrity and uphold objectivity and fairness

1. The editorial work adheres to the principles of "truthfulness, accuracy, objectivity, and rigor". All manuscripts undergo rigorous review, free from any undue influence from commercial interests, political stances, or third parties. We uphold the principle of combining "self-responsibility for the content" with "editorial oversight".

2. Staff members shall not abuse their positions to interfere with manuscript review, accept property, meals, or other improper benefits from authors or collaborators, or influence the review and publication of manuscripts due to personal biases or private interests. They must maintain academic neutrality and respect scientific research principles and academic freedom at all times.

3. Once errors are discovered in the published content, the correction and withdrawal procedures will be initiated immediately to safeguard readers' right to know and trust, and uphold academic credibility.


III. Respect copyright rights and interests, and regulate the use of research outcomes

1. Strictly abide by the Copyright Law and relevant laws and regulations, respect the author's copyright, right of authorship, right of revision, right to protect the integrity of the work, and other legitimate rights and interests. All original manuscripts shall clearly indicate the author's name. And they have not been published in the same form in other public publications (including online platforms).

2. When citing others' viewpoints, texts, images, or data, the author must obtain authorization (if applicable) and indicate the source in a standardized format. For manuscripts infringing on others' intellectual property rights, once verified, this journal will immediately retract the manuscript and will not accept submissions from the author for three years.


3. Properly keep the original materials such as manuscripts, pictures, audios, and videos provided by the authors, and shall not disclose, misappropriate, or alter them without authorization. Without the consent of the authors, the manuscripts shall not be submitted to other media or used for commercial purposes.

4. Actively maintain an original content environment, with zero tolerance for infringement behaviors such as plagiarism and theft. Once discovered, immediately remove the relevant content and cooperate with copyright owners to safeguard their rights in accordance with the law.


IV. Uphold professional ethics and eliminate violations

During the editing process, the system of three reviews and three checks must be strictly implemented to ensure content quality, eliminate issues such as typos, grammatical errors, and factual inaccuracies, and guarantee the professionalism and rigor of the published content. Unauthorized modifications to the core viewpoints of the manuscript or distortions of the author's intentions are prohibited. If modifications are necessary, they must be communicated and confirmed with the author.

2. Respect the scientific research achievements and creative intentions of scientific researchers, protect the personal information and unpublished scientific research achievements of authors and review experts, and do not disclose relevant information without consent; for sensitive scientific and technological topics and controversial scientific research achievements, adhere to objective reporting and rational interpretation, do not exaggerate the value of achievements, and do not incite academic disputes.


V. Accept social supervision and strengthen self-restraint

1. Our magazine consciously accepts supervision from industry authorities, press and publication institutions, readers, and all sectors of society.

2. Regularly organize training sessions for all staff on press and publication ethics, laws and regulations, and professional conduct, continuously enhance the moral integrity and professional capabilities of staff, adhere to the original mission of the media, and fulfill the moral mission.


This statement becomes effective from the date of its issuance. Matters not covered herein will be gradually improved in accordance with national laws and regulations as well as industry standards. The final interpretation right resides with "Compressor Technology".
